Kiss (me Goodbye) Flights: 3rd UK Operator to Go Bust

Budget air operator Kiss Flights has ceased trading. A message posted on owner Flight Options’ website says: “As of 1700 hours on 17 August the Flight Options group of companies has ceased trading.
Kiss offered flights to Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Cyprus, the Canary Islands, Spain and Portugal.
According to U.K. Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) there are currently some 13,000 travellers overseas, and some 60,000 people have forward bookings with the company.
Kiss Flights is the third U.K. operator, after Goldtrail and Sun4U, to cease trading this summer. Goldtrail left stranded 16,000 tourists in Greece and Turkey, and Sun4U 1,200 in Spain.
