Confusion….

While Greek media reported that the planes engine got fire on the ground, AFP news agency reports that the plane landed with the engire  on fireand that the pilot asked Kos airport for emergency landing.

The 170 – seats Boeing is the only airplane  operated by   Air Explore, which  “offers services in the area of non regular and charter air transport and leasing of aircraft with crew (ACMI flights)” ,as  stated in company’s official website. AirExplore praises to be  able to fly from almost any airport in Europe, Africa and Asia, if it can handle the Boeing 737-400. For example, from Bratislava we are able to reach the Canary Islands, the Egyptian resort destinations such as Hurghada and Sharm El Sheik, all Greek, Spanish or  Italian resorts flying non-stop even with a fully occupied aircraft.

Investigation is being carrying out to ascertain the cause of the incident.

As I have been a frequent flyer for two decades, I realy do care about passengers safety…. So, no offence, please!
