Berlin to send Police Investigators to Athens

Germany is about to send Experts to Greece after the a parcel bomb was sent to Chancellor Angela Merkel. Federal Criminal Police (BKA) President Joerg Ziercke said on Wednesday in Wiesbaden. BKA investigators will check out the interrogation results of the two arrested Greeks and take a look at the parcel bombs remains in Greece. The parcel bomb sent to German Chancellor was similar to those used in Athens’ foreign embassies, said Ziercke.
The investigation of Chancellor’s Office bomb is continuing. Ziercke would make no concrete statements about how the parcel bomb had come to Germany. There is a close assumption that it had come via air-shipment.
