Djibril Cisse, the striker and captain of Panathinaikos, said that he will leave Greece after the turbulent match Olympiakos-PAO on Saturday night, where PAO lost 2-1 and hundreds of fans attacked and beated players.
Panathinaikos players felt that the referees denied them victory at the Karaiskakis Stadium and lost by arch rival Olympiakos. Just a few hours after the game, angry and beaten-up Cisse told journalists that he had lost his patience with questionable refereeing in Greece.

Cisse under attack
Last night, hardly had the referee whistled the end of the game, hundreds of Olympiakos fans entered the pitch, attacked and beaten Panathinaikos players with Cisse and Simao being the main target, marking a black day of shame for the Greek soccer.
Police managed to arrest only 17 Olympiakos fans.
Sunday morning Panathinaikos FC issued a statement where it withdraws its confidence from the organizers and speaks of yesterday’s match and riots as a “Monument of Vagrancy and Fraud” (source: gazzetta.gr )
