Indignants Protest Across Europe, May 29

Posted by keeptalkinggreece in Society

Greeks will flood Syntagma Square again at 6 p.m. on Sunday to join the Pan-European protests of Indignants that will be held in some 30 countries and 100+ cities across Europe. Even if the movement has a title that might scare some, the aim of “European Revolution” is a better quality of life, political and economic course change and more democracy – this last slogan give a sound slap in the face of the EU, I think -

From Bratislava to Zagreb, from Lausanne to Reykjavik, from Stuttgart to Amsterdam, from Portugal to Cyprus, and from Serbia to Norway, young and old, students and pensioners, employees and jobless are expected to gather and jointly demonstrate their indignation to the European economic crisis.
