A political-economic-justice turmoil is up in Greece as the two prosecutors who recently resigned from the judicial task force and their allegations were filed, hit back. Grigoris Peponis and Spyros Mouzakitis insist that the names of those who put them under pressure are at the disposal of Justice. At the same time, FinMin Venizelos ordered the resignation of general secretary of Tax and Customs issues after Peponis prosecuted Yiannis Kapeleris to the degree of felony degree in the offence of not collecting fines imposed on fuel smugglers. The damage for the state amount than 15 million euro.
