Greek Finance Minister Yiannis Stournaras said Monday that talks between Greek Government and the Troika on the 13.5 billion euro austerity package will not be completed before the EU Summit on October 18-19, but that they will continue next week.

Stournaras told reporters that the package will be voted at the Parliament after it will receive the green light at the Eurogroup meeting – an extraordinary Eurogroup meeting on Greece will be scheduled most likely beginning of November.

Greek Finance Minister expressed hope that the 31-billion-euro bailout tranche will be released at the middle of November.
