Kardashian sisters go …surreal in Mykonos

Posted by in Tourism

Famous Kardashian clan, sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloé together with their parents moved to the island of Mykonos for a ten-day relaxing vacation. The Kardashian clan, 18 family members, and a camera crew of 50 people, flew from Athens to the island in the Aegean Sea, rented a luxury yacht and accommodated to several luxurious villas with stunning sea view. The television crew stay, of course, in a hotel, not in a villa.

They spend their time swimming, walking and taking pictures and shooting footage for their reality show “Keeping up with the Kardashians”, pretending to ignore the local and international paparazzi who rushed to the island upon hearing of the arrival of the socialite family.

Proto Thema reported that the three sisters went for a walk at the port of Mykonos on Saturday evening wearing white … bathrobes.

“The sisters had spent they whole day at the beach and had no clothes for an evening walk. So they were forced to cover 300 meters wearing white bathrobes until they reached the cars that took them to the villas.”

The newspaper notes, that Portugal’s Tourism Ministry had offered the clan a very generous vacation package (accommodation, transport, yachts, helicopters) and even a big amount of money in order to go to the next best IMF-bailout country. Proto Thema notes as well that even the production team of the reality show did not want to come to Greece fearing possible skyrocketting of the costs due to potential inconvenience due to the economic crisis.

But the Kardashians insisted on going to Greece.

Highly pregnant Kim Kardashian tried to bare her baby bump, but rather unsuccessful.

Local Mykonos Live TV showed a video with the sisters relaxing in the sun.

Don’t ask me who are the Kardashian sisters and why they are famous. From what I hear, they are famous for being … famous :)

PS good to have famous people visiting Greece and promoting the country to boost tourism.
