Greeks with disabilities lay down artificial limbs in front of Parliament

In a shocking move Greeks with disabilities took off their artificial limbs and laid them down in front of the Parliament. On the occasion of International Disability Day, disabled activists launched a rally in downtown Athens to protest the “inhuman cuts in benefits for disabled people”.

Protesters with disabilities started their rally from the Health Ministry and walked to Syntagma square. Their main demand is to stop the degradation of the public health system, which leads to social euthanasia of people with disabilities.”

Vulnerable society groups  saw immense cuts in the public health sector due to Troika imposed austerity.

PS Anyone listens? I doubt it.
