Greece repeats its formal invitation to investors granting residence permits for five years. Development Minister Costis Hatzidakis proudly announced the real estate incentives on private Mega TV on Tuesday morning.
“[non-European] citizens who buy a real estate worth at least 250,000 euro will be granted a visa and residence permit for 5 years.”
Greece is in dire need of investments and job creations. Therefore the debt-ridden country has attractive proposal for everyone: for EU and non-EU citizens.
KTG reported last November: Greece’s to trade Residence Permit for real estate investment, and Greece offers tax incentives to EU pensioners for real estate investment.
PS KTG will be glad to clean your new property, cook for you and take care of your garden for 6 euro per hour (social insurance included). Other Greeks could do it even for 3 or 4 euro per hour. Finally, we are competitive 🙂
BTW: I didn’t know an EU visa was that expensive.
