The layers had proven the constitutionality of the Referendum. The “two citizens submitted their appeal on Wednesday, the lawyers on Thursday. The CoS plenary convened in an extraordinary session on Friday due to the urgency of the ruling.
The Referendum will take place on Sunday, 5th July 2015 as scheduled.
Ballot boxes will be open 7 am – 7 pm. First results are expected around 8-9 pm.
Some additional information on the constitutionality of the Referendum is here in English.
