After workers at TRAINOSE, also workers at Athens Metro and Urban train ISAP decided to go on 24-hour strike on Easter Sunday, May 1st 2016. They protest the Pension Reforms and want the signing of collective bargains.
TRAINOSE & Proastiakos strike starts Saturday, April 30th 2016, at 6 p.m. and ends on Monday, May 2nd 2016 at 10 a.m.
Athens Metro and Urban Train strike starts Sunday, May 1st 2016 at 5 a.m. and ends on Monday at 5 a.m.
In Athens, only buses and the Tram will operate on Easter Sunday, thus following the holiday schedule.
