German politician from Social Democratic Party (SPD) and mayor of Dusseldorf, Thomas Geisel, suffered an unpleasant surprise after a visit to Acropolis Museum in Athens.
Thieves had broken into his car and stole everything removable inside, including his and his wife’s travel documents.
The couple had parked their car in the area and paid a visit to the Acropolis Museum. The pleasure turned sour when they returned to their car.
The news was featured exclusively in the front page of gossip newspaper Freddo.gr
