Authorities submitted to the Parliament for further investigation the case file regarding the attempted sale of projectiles to Saudi Arabia. The case refers directly to Tsipras’ junior coalition partner and Defense Minister, Panos Kammenos, leader of the Independent Greeks. The case file was submitted on Friday noon.
Kammenos reiterated that he wants to appear in court as a common citizen. Defense Minister, Kammenos reportedly told the Palriament Speaker said that he requests the protection under Law for Responsibility of Ministers to be lifted.
