The Club Hotel Casino Loutraki has announced the reopening of Loutraki Casino as the reasons leading to temporary suspension have been eliminated. At the same time, the company noted that the Athens Administrative Court of First Instance partially accepted its request and suspended the decision of the Supervisory and Game Control Committee to temporarily suspend the Casino operation beginning of March.
The Greek gambling watchdog shut down Club Casino Loutraki beginning of March over unpaid gaming taxes, despite a court decision earlier this year that ordered the government to repay €44m to the beleaguered property.
