The oldest person in Greece has turned 114. Granny Katerina Karnarou from Krestena in Westen Greece claims to be the second oldest person in the world, after 116-year-old Japanese Kane Tanaka
According to all official documents available like ID number, Farmer’s Fund OGA, Social Security number, granny Katerina could claim a seat in the Guinness Book of Records for her age.
She was reportedly born on 25. July 1905 in Krestena, Ilias in South-West Peloponnese.
Her relatives told local media patris, that the family tries to enter the Guiness Book.
Meanwhile, granny Katerina celebrated her 114th birthday with a special cake and received the love of family and friends who wished her to “Live 1000 years!”
