Online system for high-school exams collapses triggering outrage

A technical problem in the “Themes Bank” of the Education Ministry has triggered an outrage among thousands of high-school students and teachers on Monday morning.

Due to the collapse of the themes bank, the exams for the 1st and 2nd Lyceum-grade have been delayed or postponed to another time.

According to the Ministry of Education, the technical problem was caused because “almost  all the high schools across Greece, 1,900 in total, entered the online system at the same time and the server was down.”

No further information or comment needed here as for some weird reason the Education Ministry apparently thought that the schools would enter one after the other like in real life and presence.
