A 39-year-old Albanian national shot with a gun his 29-year-old Romanian wife in their home in Kaminia neighborhood of Heraklio, Crete, early Friday morning.

The man called the police saying “Come, I killed my wife”, local media reported.

Officers found the victim in the living room.

A fight has allegedly preceded the shooting, media reported adding that the perpetrator was drunk when he returned home early in the morning.

According to neighbors, the couple was frequently involved in loud arguments and fights.

  1. Most country dwellers have rifles and it isnt to go out and kill people, the Greek orthodox religion has many caves as churches, very old,I expect Jesus preached in caves which had been set up as a place of prayer, does prayer have to happen in a cathedral which costs ten million to build?Very derogatory names used to describe these people.
