Clashes sparked between school-, universty-students and riot police around Omonia square in downtown Athens during the protest rally to commemorate the assasination of teenager boy Alexis Grigoropoulos, 15, on 6. December 2008.
It looks as if the clashes started when somebody hurled a petrol bomb against the riot police. However, the molotov cocktail hit a woman, a passerby, whose pants apparently were set on fire. Riot police and other passersby rushed to help the woman, who escaped injuries.
