German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle is due to Athens today (July 3/2013). He will meet with this Greek counterpart Evangelos Venizelos at 07:30 pm at the Greek Foreign Ministry.
After the meeting the two Foreign Ministers will hold a joint press conference and then enjoy a nice dinner.
Westerwelle will depart Athens on Thursday noon.
I cannot tell you more about what’s on the agenda. but maybe Westerwelle’s visit has the purpose to prepare the visit of German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble to Athens that is supposed to take place on July 18th….
