Santorini: new power outage, the third in a week

One of  Greece’s top tourists’ destination Santorini suffered another electricity outage on Wednesday morning causing anew troubles for businessmen and tourists alike. The power cut occurred in the morning and affected large areas of the island. The mayor of Santorini said the power cut was due to a short circuit and had nothing to do with the fire that broke out at the local electricity facility last week.

Greece’s Public Power Company units try to fix the issue.

PS it’s certainly the evil eye at Santorini’s tourism success story.
