Erdogan’s adviser: “Most Greeks want to exit EU and join Turkey”

The chief adviser to Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Yiğit Bulut, has said in a televised interview that if given the option, most Greeks would want to exit the European Union and join Turkey.
Yigit Bulut had earlier claimed that there are people who want to kill Erdoğan via telekinesis and is known for his conspiracy theories, Bulut was an outspoken critic of the ruling AK Party in its early years in power, when he was an economy writer at the Radikal daily. He more recently served as editor-in-chief of Kanal 24.

Bulut’s appointment this summer stirred debates in social media as a once-staunch critic of the ruling AK Party was able to get a critical position in Erdoğan’s inner circle. (via todayszaman)

PS thank God there is no referendum planned 😛

Do they drink something special over there, in Turkey?

  1. Maybe Erdogan has forgotten about the Maniots. Their spirit lives on. Yes, I can see them voting out of the EU, but to join the Ottoman? Ha! In your dreams, Erdogan!
