Athens: several metro stations closed due to Polytechnic protest, Nov 17/2013

Several metro stations in downtown Athens will be closed to public on Sunday, November 17th 2013 due to protest march on the anniversary of Polytechnic school uprising.

Specifically, metro strations <Syntagma>, <Panepistimio> and <Evaggelismos> will close as 1 o’clock noon time, while <Megaro Mousikis> and <Ambelokipoi> will close as of 2 p.m.

The stations will open again when Greek police decides.

Metro waggons will pass through these stations but will not halt and no passenger will be allowed to get in or off.
