Sixteen-year-old Konstantinos went missing from his home in Vrilissia suburb of northern Athens. Konstantinos (Kostas) Panagopoulos went missing in the early morning hours of Friday, August 12th 2016, somewhere between 4:30 am and 7:00 am.
The parents informed the police, a huge action by members of local bodies and volunteers started to search for the missing boy.
In a statement, the Municipality of Penetli, said that the family home is on Dirfis steet in Vrilissia.
“Specific health reasons make it imperative that the child is found as soon as possible,” hamogelo.gr notes.
Kostas is 1.75 tall, weights 55 kg, has brown eyes and hair.
He was last seen wearing white t-shirt and blue shorts.

UPDATE: Early afternoon Friday, the boy has been reportedly found in the village of Megara, in western Attica prefecture, some 30 km away from his home. There was apparently a call and the parents drove to village to confirm it was their son. NO more details have reached the media until now.
