Brussels prosecutors remove e-bracelet from Eva Kaili

Prosecuting authorities in Brussels on Thursday confirmed the decision to remove the electronic bracelet monitoring arrested MEP and former European Parliament Vice President Eva Kaili.

Belgian authorities said further that Kaili will be subject to restrictions that are not yet known.

After having spent four months in Brussels prison due to Qatar-gate investigation, Eva Kaili was released on tracking bracelet mid April. She was the last of the QG suspects to be released from custody.
