An accident involving a tourist bus and a trolley bus injured six tourists on a sight-seeing tour in Athens. The tourists were injured after a cable fell on the roof of the double-decker.
The accident occurred at noon on Monday on Panepistimiou Avenue in the center of Athens.
Citing the Greek Police, media report that the accident occurred around 3:30 when a cable from a trolley, for an unknown reason, fell onto the roof of the passing bus, slightly injuring six tourists who were on board.
The tourist bus was behind the trolley when the cable was cut or disconnected and fell on the bus, breaking some windows, as daily ethnos.gr reports.

As clarified by the Police, the injured did not suffer an electric shock but only abrasions. media report.
Ambulances rushed to the scene to provide first aid to the injured.
