A 36-year-old man stabbed with a knife and injured three members of his family in their home in Megara, western Attica, on Tuesday morning.
Injured were his 71-year-old mother, his sister and his uncle. The injured were transferred to to the local Health Center, with the two women to have suffered more serious injuries and the uncle slightly injured.
The bloody attack took place in Pefkenea settlement of Megara, inside a house, a few minutes before 09:00 in the morning.
The reason for the attack remains unknown, so far.
The perpetrator is allegedly facing serious psychological problems and has been hospitalized in a psychiatric clinic in the past.
The 36-year-old man was arrested from the very beginning and taken to the Megara police station.
