More than 6,000 Greek words are used in English, dozens in daily use

Are you an English speaker? Native or not it makes no difference. You always thought the Greek language is just Greek to you? Surprise! You already speak Greek. It’s just that you don’t know it! More than 6,000 Greek words are used in English, majority of them used each and every day.

Let’s try to formulate a sentence in Greek. Hm… difficult. Majority of words used in English are nouns. I see no verb around in this list… It’s all apples & oranges, after all!
