Menegaki’s diet…

Do you know Eleni Menegaki? She is a juicy, blond TV-persona, celebrated for years as the ‘Queen of morning TV-shows’. She has three children and an attractive lover, after her divorce from her children’s father. Now the secret of her perfect body has been revealed in a women’s magazine – or something like that. Menegaki has an outstanding metabolism says her personal dietician.  However to keep her shape, she needs one hour of exercise daily like walking. Plenty of water. No dinner after 7 pm, no afternoon snack, or morning snack. Light breakfast with 2 fruits and 6 nuts, maybe a spoon of cereals. Light lunch with plenty of salad, lean meat, fish or poultry. Light dinner with salad, 1/2 cup of rise or 2 slices of toast.

A diet for everyone, not only for Menegaki Taking into consideration the new strict austerity measures, I think we all follow this diet, minus the animal products for lunch.
