An urgently issued circular by the Greek Health Ministry urges public hospitals to cut free medical care to illegal immigrants, i.e. migrants without legal documents like residence permit. From this new measure are excluded extreme emergency incidents that put the life on one in risk. Also excluded are cases of illegal immigrants infected with HIV virus or other infectious diseases, according to news website Zougla.gr.
