Inmates in Korydallos prison come and go in their cells whenever they want. Pictures from prison security camera, show the midnight walk of a prisoner: He climbs down to the yard from the cell window, walks a couple of steps, collects some items apparently thrown in the yard by accomplices – and returns to his cell.
According to report posted by Kathimerini, the night activity of the prisoner was revealed several days later, when the security camera footage was evaluated. Thorough checks by prison guards – several weeks later – found a gun, two grenades and five bullets in the cell.
In this way, prisoners get their supplies in weapons and drugs, the newspaper notes.
Kathimerini reports that prison guards have repeatedly asked for new iron bars in the windows, but the request has been turned down due to cost.

It’s good to know that these people are “safely” locked away…:)
