A group of ten to fifteen people entered the offices of Greek-American Union in downtown Athens and raised a banner of solidarity with “prisoners in the USA.”
The incident occurred short after 8′ clock Monday morning and the occupation lasted no more than ten minutes. The anti-authoritarians fled after raising the banner.

Police rushed to the spot.

Banner: “Solidarity with the struggle against the prisoners’ slavery in the USA.”
According to some media, police detained 22 people and brought them to Greek Police Headquarters in Athens.
It is not clear whether the occupation ‘squad’ belongs to Ruvikonas, an anarchist group that often ‘raids’ occupies public institutions.
