A young baker in Giannista in West Macedonia made a 2-meter long Clean Monday bread, Lagana, and decorated it with all Macedonian symbols.

The young baker is known in the area to love decorating the bread loafs he bakes day in, day out. His name is Christos Prodromitis and works at the “Old Bakery” in Giannitsa.
Lagana is an unleavened bread thickly covered with sesame seeds Greeks traditionally eat on Clean Monday.
