New Democracy leads by 16.1 percentage points ahead of main opposition party SYRIZA, in the latest public opinion poll conducted by Marc on behalf of Sunday newspaper Proto Thema.
The poll was conducted two months after the July elections.
According to the poll, should there be elections next Sunday, respondents said they would vote for:
New Democracy 41.8%
SYRIZA 25.7%
KINAL/PASOK 6.7%
KKE 5.3%
Greek solution 3%
MeRA25 3%
Golden Dawn 1.6%
According to the poll findings:
71% say Yes to the government
49% think things will go better
80% of respondents believe the ND government will deliver on its commitments.
Two months after the elections on July and 42% say that the government has exceeded their expectations.
