The union of taxi drivers SATA in Athens and Attica will launch another 48-hour strike next week as the government refuses to satisfy a series of the sector’s demands.
The strike on November 5 and 6 2025, will start at 6 a.m. on Wednesday and last until 6 a.m. on Friday.
In an announcement union SATA stressed that the government policies hit the taxi sector, a main pillar of the civilian and touristic movement in the country.
It is one more strike by the taxi drivers in Athens and Attica in the last couple of months and the union warns o9f more mobilizations in the near future.
