Greek Teachers on Strike, Mar 30 – Rally in Athens downtown

There were so many news today that I almost forgot that. Primary and secondary school teachers will be on 24h strike tomorow, March 30, 2011. They oppose the planned mergers of schools and the possibility of wages cuts and loss of social security and labour rights. They plan a protest rally in athens downtown at noon time. Avoid the city centre or you will be stuck in traffic jams…
