According to Kathimerini,, Juncker gave this answer to a question about what he thinks about the Greeks:

“What can you say about the Greeks?” Jean-Claude Juncker, who is prime minister of Luxembourg, told a key committee at the European Parliament sitting in the French city of Strasbourg late on Monday. “That is a good question. I myself often ask this question, as I have been receiving many letters from Greece, many of which contain threats,” said Juncker, who has played a key role in the bailouts for Greece, Ireland and Portugal over the past.

Jean-Claude Juncker did not elaborate and didn’t reveal any details about the content of the rest of the letters.
