Northern Greece: Czech Bus Collided With Car – Two Dead

Two dead and nine injured injured is the tragic account of a road accident that occurred late Wednesday afternoon when a tourist bus collided with a private car in Egnatia Highway and overturned outside the city of Grevena.
Police and fire brigades rushed to the point and freed the trapped passengers. The injured were taken to the hospitals in Grevena, Thessaloniki and Ioannina. Two women aged 25 years died at the accident spot.
The mini bus had plates from the Czech Republic. The 21 Czech tourists had visited Meteora. Greek media report that the Czech embassy is taken care of the formalities and transport of the people.
