Greeks are preparing for one more Macedonia – protest the third within a couple of weeks as Greece and FYROM continue negotiation to solve the name dispute.
This time the protest is scheduled to be held at 2:oo p.m. on February 25th 2018 in the city of Patras in North-West Peloponnese. The promotion of the protest is currently under way via social media platforms.
The organizers underline that aim of the protest is that the name “Macedonia” is in no way contained in the new name of the Former Yugoslavic Republic of Macedonia.
Furthermore, they claim that the protest is not linked to political parties and underline that they do not wish their presence at the protest rally. thebest
