Greek police decided to send a message to Greek parents and urge them to stop present police as the boogeyman in order to scare their children into good behavior and compliance with the rules of the adults world.
“Dear parents,” the message uploaded on Twitter starts.
“Make clear to your children that no policeman will put them in jail because “they are naughty,” “they don’t eat their food” or “they don’t take an afternoon nap.”
“We want the children to turn to us police when something scares them, and not be the ones children are afraid of… Thank you,” the message of the Greek Police says.
