Greek students disturbed with slogans the speech of Prime Minister George Papandreou at the Humboldt University in Berlin last night. They shouted slogans like “The PASOK is here to rob the people” and attempted to lift an anti-government banner. Papandreou urged to talk with a representative of the some 30 people strong group but the students were apparently too angry to tlak to the prime minister.
What would they have talked about, by the way?
German police escorted the students outside the lecture hall and Papandreoucontinued his speech after a short break.
Greek PM is in Germany to hold talks with Chancellor Angela Merkel today.
