Rainfalls, thunder- and hail-storms and powerful winds up to 8 Beaufort are forecast in the weather and wind warning issued by the Greek National Meteorological Service (EMY) for November 3-5, 2019.
The barometric low passing over Greece will be of short duration, however, the phenomena are expected to be extreme that even the Fire Service issued a statement saying that it is on alert and in readiness to deal with flooding phenomena.

From Monday afternoon (Nov 4) until Tuesday morning (Nov 5) the bad weather will affect Thrace, the islands of the eastern Aegean Sea and the Dodecanese.

Winds with intensity up to 7-8 Beaufort in the Ionian Sea.
Winds in the Aegean Sea will be blowing with intensity of an average 5-6 Beaufort and up to 8 B locally in the east Aegean.
