310 new coronavirus cases and 3 more deaths were recorded in Greece in the last 24 hours, raising total infections to 13,730 and death toll to 313, health authorities announced on Tuesday evening.
At the same time, intubatins dramatically increased from 59 on Monday to 67 in the past 24 hours; they were 43 last Tuesday.
According to the health authorities, 14 cases were detected among tourists and 30 are linked to known clusters (factories).
At the live briefing on Tuesday, head of Civil Protection Nikos Hardalias said that there are currently 4,088 active cases across the country.
From the outbreak on February 25 until September 13, a total of 1563 Covid-19 patients were discharged from hospitals and 7,293 recovered at home.

According to the official daily bulletin on Τuesday, 2433 (18%) of the total cases are related to travel abroad and 5901(43.1%) are related to already known infection case.
55.4% of the infected are men.
The number of intubated patients in ICUs increased to 67 from 59 on Monday. Their average age is 70, among them are 17 women. 88.1% have underlying health problems or are aged over 70.
Among the new intubations in the last 24 hours are one female aged 0-17, and 3 in the age category 40-64.
175 people have been discharged from ICUs since the start of the pandemic in Greece.
Three more deaths in the last 24 hours increased death toll to 313. Of the deceased 116 were women. The average age of the deceased was 78 and 96.2% of the deceased had an underlying condition or/and was over 70 years old.
Rolling weekly average cases at 272 from 190 last week. Below 200 was also before August 15.
Total tests since begin of outbreak are 1,444,549
Tests in the last 24 hours: 11,522 with 2.69% of them positive.

Of the 310 new coronavirus cases, 30 are related to known clusters (factories) and 12 were detected at the country’s entry points.
12 of the new cases were detected at entry points; another 2 travelers already in the country sought laboratories after they developed symptoms.

The number of refugees tested positive to coronavirus in Kara Tepe camp on Lesvos has increased to 25.
On the first day in school, a Gymnasium student was tested positive in Pyrgos, Ileia, South Peloponnese. The teenager boy is asymptomatic and in self-isolation at home.
The death of a 31-year-old man factory worker (cluster) in Giannitsa is not related to Covid-19, media reported. An autopsy is still due.
