Greece’s health authorities announced on Wednesday evening 937 new coronavirus cases and 62 deaths in the past 24 hours. The number of Covid-19 patients intubated in hospitals across the country remains below 500, at 495.
Death toll has reached 4,402 and the total cases stand at 133,365.

According to the official daily bulletin on Wednesday, 5267(3.9%) of the total coronavirus cases are related to travel abroad and 39198 (29.4%) are related to already known infection case.
The remaining infections are without known source.
52.4% of the infected are men.
The number of intubated patients in ICUs stands at 495 from 491 a day earlier. Their average age is 67, among them are 160 women. 78.6% have underlying health problems or are aged over 70.
832 people have been discharged from ICUs since the start of the pandemic in Greece.
Another 65 deaths in the last 24 hours increased death toll to 4402. Of the deceased 1776 (40.3%) were women. The average age of the deceased was 79 and 95.5% of the deceased had an underlying condition or/and was over 70 years old.
Rolling weekly average cases at 839 from 1126 last week.
Total tests since begin of the outbreak are 2719872 and 482598 Rapid Ag tests
