Greece announced on Friday evening the lifting of more restrictions allowing the restart of certain activities after a 7-month-long lockdown. Among the facilities allowed to operate again are cultural ones such as museums, summer cinemas and theaters.
The roadmap of restarting of activities is as follows:
May 8: organized beaches, Increased number of customers per square meter in retail store over 500 sq.m.
May 10: schools, tutorial centers, courts
May 14: museums
May 17: music schools, practical exercises/laboratories for students, nurseries
May 21: cinemas
May 25: live performances, theaters
All facilities will operate with the prescribed observance of protection measures.
At the live briefing on Friday, authorities did not make any reference on crucial issues like scrapping of sms for citizens to leave their homes.
