The Center for Ecological Research (PAKOE) published on Thursday, June 1, its annual evaluation on the stand of beaches water in the southern coast of Athens and Attica.
Analysis showed that 43 beaches are clean, while 7 are not clean and swimming should be avoided.
No-go beaches are:
Piraeus: Akti Themistocleous, middle section of Freatida, two sections of Votsalakia beach
Palaio Faliro: beach end at Floisvos,
Glyfada: Beach B end and in front of Delfinia restaurant and parking

PAKOE said it will publish the results of the other regions of Attica and the rest of the country throughout June, three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
