Toll-free passage on certain parts of Greece’s highways

Vehicles will use the E65 Aegean Motorway without paying tolls on the section between the Nikaia junction and Maliakos Bay until 6:00 on September 20, 2023, the Infrastructure and Transport Minister Christos Staikouras has announced.

Also extended until September 20 is toll-free access for trucks (over 3.5 tonnes) on the Rio-Antirrio Bridge, on the Egnatia Highway between Thessaloniki and the junction with the Ionian Highway and all along the length of the Ionian Highway.

The concessionaires are to keep a record of the cars that pass, with the cost covered by the state.
