A woman was injured on Saturday when a Coast Guard helicopter flew much too low along the popular beachfront of Platamonas in Central Macedonia, sweeping away umbrellas and sunbeds.

The 42-year-old foreign national was injured by flying objects and had to be treated at the health center of the area. she did not need hospitalization.

The Greek Coast Guard has reportedly ordered an investigation on the issue.
