The Consumer Price Index (CPI) in July 2025 compared with July 2024 increased by 3.1%, when compared to July 2024, according to figures released by the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) on Friday.
In July 2024, the annual rate of change of the CPI was 2.7%.
The CPI in July 2025 compared with June 2025, decreased by 0.4%. In July 2024, the monthly rate of change of the CPI was -0.7%.
The average CPI for the twelve-month period from August 2024 to July 2025, compared with the corresponding index for the period August 2023 to July 2024 increased by 2.6%.
The annual rate of change of the average CPI between the twelve-month period August 2023 to July 2024 in comparison to the period August 2022 to July 2023 was 2.8% .
