There may be disruptions in ferries and ships routes on Thursday, September 25, as several seafarers’ unions declared a 24-hour strike.
The mobilization has been launched due to the tragic death of a 20-year-old sailor on ferry “Blue Star Chios, a day earlier.
The strike was initially limited to the crew of the Blue Star Chios, however, several unions joined the action demanding more safety measures.
